The 6th Annual Barrick Charity Golf Classic will be Saturday, May 18th 2024 at Crow River Golf Club. We are very excited to announce that beginning this year we will be partnering with The Hutchinson Health Foundation to raise money for improvements to the In-Patient Mental Health Unit. This is a cause that is very personal to us because after a long battle on Friday, May 17th 1996 our Dad, James Barrick, lost his battle with depression.
This is something we have had a desire to do for a long time, but due to logistics hadn’t been able to put it together. In 2019 we felt it was time to honor him and to help make a difference for those families and people facing similar afflictions. May is Mental Health Awareness month so it all just made sense. In the past five years we have raised close to $65,000 for NAMI – St. Cloud Area. And we’re excited to see this grow and support a local organization.
